Sleeves, Stem Wall Insulation, & Backfill
Update: March 18, 2016. Final Graded and Compaction of 1" Crushed Gravel.
Saturday March 12, 2016.
Backfilled for slab. Still need to final grade and compact.

Installed water line, irrigation line, and sleeves into Mechanical Room. Installed 4 extra 2" sleeves for any future needs.
Friday March 11, 2016 Installed insulation board on stem walls. 2" Rigid Foam Board with an R-10 value. Glued and nailed to the stem walls.
